Using curiosity, authenticity and integrity I strive to build the strength to tackle what I think is impossible, by enabling myself to see the way.

I do this by supporting others, transforming attitudes toward change and building knowledge that helps all people thrive.

Helping you find your best self

I've gone from building oil pipelines, to coaching college athletes to analyzing crime. I've taken a unique journey to helping people, so I work to learn as much from you as you will from me. All of us are doing what we can to make the best version of ourselves, but there's only so much we can do solo. At times we need a guide to find our way, or a trainer to help us learn skills to be successful. So that's what I'm here for.

I combine techniques from sports psychology and mental training, with evidence based treatments from psychology to give comprehensive life skills training. I want to help you get from where you are to a place where you are continuously growing and learning. I want to help you be confident in tackling anything that happens today OR tomorrow.

I want you to discover your strengths and emotional barriers, develop valuable skills and start taking action. And I want to help you do that now.

My experience

I hold a Master's degree in Counseling and Art Therapy. I am licensed independently as a therapist in the state of Michgian and have 4 years of experience treating individuals with a variety of mental health issues as a counselor/art therapist. Additionally I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist (CCTSI), and have training in working from a Trauma-Informed Approach.

I also have 9 years of experience in data driven growth and improvement for individuals and organizations; and 12 years of combined coaching and athletics experience, including 3 years as an NCAA Division I athlete and 2 years as a NCAA Divison III Track and Field Coach.

I have helped folks with substance use, suicide, severe depression, career development, and self development. I have personal experience working with law enforcement, asylum seekers, and in collegiate athletics and performance coaching. I bring all of those skills and experience to the table, and I leverage them in service of your personal goals.
